In 2014 the following Stations won Cheshire Best Kept Station Awards.
Chelford Railway Station won the Cheshire East Award for best efforts in Cheshire East.
Goostrey Railway Station won The Most Improved Station Award in 2014 recognising the volunteer work at the station and their partnership with Goostrey Community Primary School.
Holmes Chapel Railway Station won the Best Staffed Station Award in 2014 having been commended by the judges for its volunteering, extensive library and comfortable waiting room.
Handforth Railway Station won the Creative Partnership Working Award for work carried out planning their World War One Commemorations where they brought many parties together and built up positive relationships within the community.
